Place the cursor at the beginning of the page, press and hold the Shift key, and then place the cursor at the end of the page to select all the contents of the page you want to delete. Pressing Ctrl+A will select everything on all pages which you don't want. You can also delete the non-deletable end-paragraph that exists at the end of the document before you convert it into a PDF file or hit the print button.
