This method is used for Windows users, while for Mac owners, there are some differences in procedure. When you right click the link, you need to go to “Link” and then choose “Remove Link”. Jun 07, 2018 Right-click the selected text, point to the “Link” option, and then click the “Insert Link” command. In the Insert Hyperlink window, select “Existing File or Web Page” on the left. Type (or copy and paste) the URL of the web page into the “Address” field. And then click “Ok” to save your hyperlink.
Remove all hyperlinks form word file at once:
Select all text by pressing Ctrl+A and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9 all hyperlinks will be removed at once.
The links color and formating will not change you need to do it using Clear Formating command.
